Servicing Information

Servicing a Product
 
Servicing is free of charge on all products within warranty. Most products have a 2 year warranty but some electrical components have a 1 year warranty. For products outside warranty, there is a charge, either  as a half day or a full day depending on the number of products to be serviced (These are special arrangements for servicing in volume, but we can also service one-off products). Service Plans
We recognise the challenges faced in funding new products and maintaining existing equipment. Therefore we are happy to discuss service plans for your Leckey products. For more information call us on UK 0800 318 265 or ROI 1800 626 020.
 
 
Faulty Product?
We offer free repairs for any product within its warranty provided the product has been used following all manufacturer’s recommendations. For service policies outside warranty or to arrange a repair, please call us on UK 0800 318 265 or ROI 1800 626 020 with the product’s serial number. For repairs outside the UK  and Ireland, please contact your nearest dealer.

Returning a Product
The Company has a 14 day returns policy. If you are returning a product that you have had for less than two weeks all we ask is that you return the product in its original packaging. If you are returning a product that you have had for more than two weeks, a 10% re-stocking charge will be applied and if necessary you will be charged for any repairs to the product if it has been returned damaged. To arrange to have your product returned please call us on UK 0800 318 265 or ROI 1800 626 020, with your original purchase order number to make arrangements. For returns outside the UK  and Ireland, please contact your nearest dealer.
