Walking Skills Assessment

Measuring improvement in walking skills can be tricky, so we've developed a NEW Walking Skills Assessment  to help measure and quickly chart walking progress over time. The template may be used over several sessions to  capture small gains in skills and guide children, caregivers and therapists on the next steps to work on.

Initial Assessment Form

We've developed an initial assessment template that incorporates the F-words and some leading questions that help gather information that will help with goal setting. It may be used over several sessions, but it but it provides a nice visual prompt to ensure that all the relevant info is captured and both a parent's and child’s voices are really heard.
