Need some parenting support? At Leckey we believe in supporting families and children with additional needs, from diagnosis and throughout their developmental journey.
We understand that, for many parents, getting an additional needs diagnosis for a child can be incredibly overwhelming, and it is difficult to know where to find the best sources of information. Our goal is to create a safe space for parents and carers of children with additional needs to find practical support and resources that are reliable, trustworthy and easy to understand.

Our Clinical team has put together a collection of resources on key areas, specific to families supporting children with additional needs. These include sitting, standing, walking, early intervention, toileting and bathing, and may answer some questions you have following a physiotherapy or occupational therapy appointment.
